Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any NoSleepLab application ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Apps.

License

NoSleepLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal or commercial purposes on any Mac that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps outside of the mechanisms provided by Apple
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Use the Apps to develop competing products
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Apps

Intellectual Property

All Apps, including their design, code, graphics, and documentation, are the intellectual property of NoSleepLab and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NoSleepLab does not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoSleepLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
