BEAROUT Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These terms apply to the BEAROUT game (web and iOS), made by Mark Studios LLC. By playing, you agree to them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
The game
BEAROUT is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play. You do not own the game or any of its content; you get a revocable license to play it.
Virtual items
- Gems, cash, and all in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
- Purchases of virtual items are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies — we cannot issue them directly.
- Unless you sign in, your save lives only on your device. If you delete the game or lose the device without signing in or exporting a save code, progress and virtual items are gone — there is no copy to restore them from. A signed-in save is kept on the game’s server and comes back when you sign in again. The Golden Ticket and other non-consumable purchases can be restored through Apple.
Fair play
Do not exploit bugs for ad or purchase abuse, do not tamper with other people’s save codes, and do not use the game for anything illegal. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Studios LLC is not liable for any damages arising from playing BEAROUT.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
