ReceiptLog Terms of Use

ReceiptLog is published by NoSleepLab. Installing and using it means accepting what follows. The second and third sections matter most, so they are near the top.
What you get
A license to use ReceiptLog on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or try to extract its source.
Not tax, accounting or legal advice
ReceiptLog is a log and a calculator. It is not an accountant, it does not file anything, and nothing in it is advice about what you may deduct.
The category on a receipt, the “deductible” figure in the month header, and every total in an export are derived from what is in the app. Whether an expense is actually deductible depends on your jurisdiction and your circumstances, and that is a question for your accountant or tax authority. You are responsible for what you claim.
Fields read off a photo are an estimate produced by a model from an image. They can be wrong. Every one of them is editable before you save, and checking them against the paper is your job, not the app’s.
ReceiptLog Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. It removes the free plan’s limit of ten receipts per calendar month and adds CSV and ZIP export. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and Apple handles it entirely — we never see a card. Because it is a one-time purchase there is nothing to cancel. It unlocks on every device signed in to the same Apple Account, and Restore Purchases on the same screen brings it back after a reinstall.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. If Apple refunds a purchase the App Store revokes it and the free plan’s limits return — nothing you have already saved is deleted.
Your data is your responsibility
ReceiptLog stores everything locally and nowhere else. We hold no copy and cannot restore anything. Keep device backups on if you want your receipts to survive a lost phone, and export anything you need to keep for a tax authority — the app is not an archive of record. Deleting the app deletes its data.
No warranty
ReceiptLog is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be free of bugs, that a scanned field will be accurate, or that a third-party service will be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NoSleepLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ReceiptLog, including any tax position taken, penalty incurred, or record lost in reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
