Workout Privacy Policy

Workout collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs. There is no server of ours, so there is nowhere for your training data to be sent.
What it stores, and where
Your completed sessions and any plans you write are saved as JSON inside the app’s own Application Support directory on your device. That is covered by your device passcode and included in your device backups if you have those on. Nobody at NoSleepLab can read it.
Not health-record data
Workout does not use HealthKit. It writes nothing to the Health app and reads nothing from it. The only information it holds is what you entered into Workout itself.
No permissions
Workout asks for nothing — no notifications, no motion or fitness data, no location, no camera. There is no permission prompt anywhere in the app.
Purchases
Workout Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app whether the purchase exists; it does not tell us who you are, and we never see your name, email, or payment details.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything with it. Individual sessions and plans can be deleted in the app. Because we hold nothing, there is no request to make of us.
