Workout Terms of Use
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Workout is published by NoSleepLab. Installing and using it means accepting what follows.
What you get
A license to use Workout on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or try to extract its source.
Not medical or coaching advice
Workout is a log and a diagram. The bundled plans are generic examples, not a program written for you, and the muscle map is a visualisation of what you recorded rather than an assessment of your body.
Strength training carries risk of injury. Get clearance from a doctor before starting a new program, work with a qualified coach if you are unsure of a movement, and stop if something hurts. Do not treat a load number in this app as a reason to push through pain.
Your data is your responsibility
Workout stores everything locally and nowhere else. We hold no copy and cannot restore anything for you. Keep device backups on if you want your log to survive a lost phone. Deleting the app deletes its data.
Purchases
Workout Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, and it is Family Sharing enabled. Apple processes the payment and Apple’s terms govern it, including refunds. Use Restore Purchase to unlock it on another device signed in to the same Apple Account. Everything that ships with the app is free; Pro only lifts the cap on plans you write yourself.
No warranty
Workout is provided as-is. We do not warrant it will be free of bugs or that a timer will never be interrupted by the operating system.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NoSleepLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Workout, including injury sustained while training. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
