How do I write my own plan?
Workouts tab, then New plan. Give it a name and a focus, then add exercises and sets. You can also press and hold any bundled plan and choose Duplicate and edit to start from something that already exists.
What do the muscle map colors mean?
Pale gray is untouched this week, then moderate, strong, and max as the load on that group increases. It reflects the sessions you have completed, so it fills in as you log work rather than from the plans you merely looked at.
How is the streak counted?
Consecutive days with at least one completed session. A streak survives the day it is still in — if you have not trained yet today, yesterday still counts, so an evening session does not have to beat midnight.
Why does “weekly load” not match my total?
Weekly figures cover the last seven days only. The Progress chart is the same window. Your full history is in Session History underneath it.
What does Pro unlock?
Only one thing: the cap on plans you write yourself. The free tier keeps three. All five bundled plans, the muscle map, the session flow, and your entire training log are free, and editing a plan you already made is never gated. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it is Family Sharing enabled.
I bought Pro but a new device shows it locked.
Open the paywall (Workouts tab › New plan once you are at the cap) and tap Restore Purchase, signed in to the Apple Account you bought with.
Can I delete a bundled plan?
No — those are reference content and there would be no way to get them back. Plans you wrote can be deleted from the editor or by pressing and holding the card. Sessions you already completed from a plan are kept when the plan goes.
Can I move my data to a new device?
Through a device backup — restoring an iPhone backup restores Workout’s log and plans with it. There is no account and no sync, so a backup is the only route, and we hold no copy.
