I deleted a photo I wanted. Can I get it back?
Yes, for 30 days. SwipeClean cannot permanently erase anything — confirmed photos move to the Photos app’s Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. Open Photos, go to Albums, scroll to Utilities, tap Recently Deleted, then Select and Recover.
Nothing was deleted after I finished a session.
Swiping alone never deletes. Photos you swipe left are queued, and deletion happens only when you tap Delete Now and then confirm iOS’s own system prompt. If you dismissed that prompt, the photos are still queued — reopen the queue from the home screen and tap Delete Now again.
SwipeClean says it can only see some of my photos.
You granted limited photo access, so iOS is only sharing the photos you picked. Tap Manage on the banner at the top of the home screen to change the selection, or switch to full access in Settings › Apps › SwipeClean › Photos.
How much space will I actually get back?
The Storage Breakdown screen measures your library by category before you start, and the session summary reports what you freed. Note that space comes back when Recently Deleted empties — either after 30 days or when you empty it yourself in the Photos app.
What do I get with SwipeClean Pro?

Is Pro a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time purchase and it is Family Sharing enabled, so it unlocks on every device signed in to your Apple Account.
I bought Pro but a new phone shows it locked.
Open Settings inside SwipeClean and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
Does SwipeClean upload my photos anywhere?
No. There is no account, no analytics, and no server of ours. The only network traffic is iOS fetching a full-resolution original back from your own iCloud Photos library when it had offloaded one. See the privacy policy.
