SwipeClean Terms of Use

Agreement

SwipeClean is being prepared for the Apple App Store. Once it is distributed there, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms supplement it. Where the two conflict, Apple's standard EULA governs.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use SwipeClean on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

SwipeClean deletes photos — please read this part

The purpose of SwipeClean is to help you remove photos from your device. Deletion is destructive. Although the app requires you to review a queue and confirm before anything is deleted, and iOS shows its own confirmation dialog after that, you are responsible for what you choose to delete.

Photos you confirm are moved by iOS into the Recently Deleted album, where they can be recovered for 30 days before iOS erases them permanently. We strongly recommend keeping a backup (iCloud Photos, a computer, or another backup service) before doing a large cleanup session. We cannot recover deleted photos for you — we have no access to your device or your library.

Acceptable use

Use SwipeClean only with photo libraries you own or are authorized to manage, and only in compliance with applicable law.

Music and Supercut videos

The Supercut feature can combine your photos with a song from your own music library or an audio file you supply. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you use, particularly if you share the resulting video publicly. Music from Apple Music and other DRM-protected sources may not be usable in exported videos, which is a restriction of those services rather than of SwipeClean.

Price and availability

SwipeClean is free to download and contains no advertising. An optional one-time purchase, SwipeClean Pro, unlocks the automatic cleanup passes; it is processed by Apple, is not a subscription, and can be restored from Settings inside the app. We may change the app, its features, or its price in future versions, and we may stop distributing it. Any change to pricing or purchases will be disclosed on the App Store listing before you buy anything.

Privacy

SwipeClean collects no data and sends nothing to any server of ours. See the SwipeClean Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SwipeClean is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoSleepLab is not liable for any loss of data, loss of photos, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance.
