About Evergreen

Evergreen is built to keep track of the people in your life and the dates that matter to them. The signature view is a Year Ring — the whole year as an orbit, with the next birthday glowing. Import contacts from CSV, vCard, ICS, Google, or Outlook; export a calendar feed or sync directly to Google and Microsoft. Person pages hold history, gift ideas, and an AI message composer, and scheduled jobs handle auto-send and a weekly digest. It runs with zero API keys configured — every optional integration reports its own status in settings and stays out of the way when it has no key.

Behind the build

The honest constraint shaped the product.

Facebook removed its friends-birthdays API in 2018 and LinkedIn never had one, so the tidy 'connect your social accounts' feature everyone expects cannot exist. Rather than fake an OAuth flow that quietly does nothing, Evergreen ships a universal .ics importer — which is what a Facebook birthday export actually is — plus a real Microsoft and Outlook integration.
