Watched one AI model around the clock and called it the moment it came back — then it did

FableWatch screenshot

FableWatch existed to answer one question continuously: is claude-fable-5 reachable again? The model went dark on June 12 and returned on July 1, and the site called it. The monitor polls independent sources — the first-party API and OpenRouter — on a one-minute cycle, and shows both signals on the homepage rather than collapsing them into a single trust-me status light. Behind that sits a real product: notification fan-out with idempotent per-recipient locks, Stripe checkout with a webhook ledger, and phone verification gating anything that dials or texts. Now that the watch is over, it points visitors at ArtificialWatch for the next frontier drop.

What it does

Multi-source monitor with both signals shown transparently
Email, SMS, and voice fan-out with idempotent send locks
Stripe checkout with an idempotent webhook ledger
Phone verification gating every SMS and voice alert
Live prediction-market odds from a public markets API
Store-health guardrail that emails on repeated failures

Who this is for

People who needed to know the second a specific model was reachable again, without refreshing a status page.
