Adjusts macOS animation speed throughout the day — snappier mornings, calmer evenings, fully customizable curve

Tempo subtly adjusts macOS animation speed based on time of day. Mornings are snappy (0.8x) for productivity, midday is default (1.0x), and evenings slow down (1.3x) for a calmer experience. Customize the speed curve with a visual editor — drag control points on a 24-hour graph. Choose from presets (Productivity, Calm, Circadian) or build your own. Tempo modifies Dock animation speed, NSAnimationContext durations, and CATransaction timing. Transitions interpolate smoothly over 10 minutes — no sudden jumps.
