Monitors every outbound network connection from every app — see who's talking to the internet and where

Sentry passively monitors all network connections on your Mac and shows you exactly which apps are communicating, with whom, and where. It parses lsof output into a per-app breakdown with remote IPs, hostnames (reverse DNS), connection states, and country flags via a bundled MaxMind GeoLite2 database. Get 'first seen' alerts when an app connects to a server it has never reached before. Mark connections as Trusted or flag known tracker domains as Suspicious. Full connection history in SQLite with search, filtering, and CSV export. Sentry does not block anything — it's a transparency tool, not a firewall.

What it does

Per-app network connection breakdown
Country flags via bundled GeoLite2 database
Reverse DNS for human-readable hostnames
'First seen' alerts for new connections
Trust system: mark connections or apps as Trusted
Suspicious flag for known tracker domains
Connection history with search, filter, and CSV export

Who this is for

Privacy-conscious users who want to see exactly what's phoning home.
